the idea would be when the customer is within an X km radius, he receives notification of nearby listings. example: do you know X location? or: You are close to a place that has promotions.

I think this is a great idea. If you want to take it even further, I would make this a paid feature. For example, charge $0.10 every time we send a notification to someone nearby. Similar to a paid ad, pay per sent

It is finally time for me to sell this website. Since I have not worked with WilCity theme for a long time, I am choosing to sell this site. The reason for selling instead of giving it away, there is a lot of time invested in this site. Everything still functions and it is getting traffic on a daily basis.
