Register, verify and update your account, reset your password: everything you need to know to manage your {business_name} account.

Why do I need a {business_name} account?

In order to write reviews, post photos or use any of the features beyond search you will need to register on {business_name} by creating a user account.

Creating your account

{business_name} offers 4 ways to create your account:

  • Register with Facebook
  • Register with Apple
  • Register with Google
  • Enter your name, email address and password and then click on Sign Up

No matter which option you select, once you complete your registration you will receive an email to confirm your account.

To create your account, complete the following steps:

1. Click the Register button at the top right.

2. There are two ways you can create your account:

  • Using your social media accounts, your Apple account or using OTP (a one-time pin).
  • The second way is the classic way, using your email address, username and password.

3. Once you have created your account, you must confirm it by clicking on the link sent to your email. 

If you do not receive a confirmation message or have other problems with your account, please contact our support team at {business_email}.

Can I create an account or log in to {business_name} with my Apple ID?

On Desmily.com, you can use your Apple ID to create a new account. Once you have created your account, you can also use your Apple ID to log in to both the mobile app and the website. You can only use your Apple ID to sign in if you created your account with your Apple ID.

Creating a new account allows you to claim your business to manage your business’ Desmily presence. You can also create a new account or sign in to your existing account with your email address.

Managing your Account

Once your account has been created, make as many changes as necessary to your account and profile.

How do I change my personal information in my account?

Make your account one that fits who you are. Change the information to reflect what you want the world to know. From your profile picture, name, address, email address, location, social networking profiles to changing your password.

To change your personal information

  1. Go to the Account Settings section of your account. This can be found by clicking on the profile picture.
  2. Click on Profile. This should be the second option in the menu. Alternatively, click this button.
  3. Make the desired changes to your account information.
  4. Click Save changes.

How do I change my user account password?

Changing your password on {business.name} is very easy. To change your password just:

  1. Visit your profile by clicking this link.
  2. Find the section titled Change Password
  3. Enter your current password followed by your new password.
  4. Click Save Changes
